T&C'S

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By booking an appointment with Bayside Tuning, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Bayside Tuning offers remapping services for vehicles to improve performance and efficiency. The remapping process involves modifying the engine's electronic control unit (ECU) to optimize fuel consumption, power output, and overall performance.

3. Bayside Tuning does NOT offer any warranty for the remapping services provided. The customer acknowledges that remapping may void their vehicle's warranty and is responsible for any potential risks or consequences that may arise.

4. The customer agrees to provide accurate information about their vehicle's make, model, year, and any modifications or upgrades that have been made to the vehicle. Failure to provide accurate information may result in improper remapping and potential damage to the vehicle.

5. Bayside Tuning reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is deemed unfit for remapping or poses a risk to the technician's safety.

6. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the remapping service at the time of booking the appointment. Additional charges may apply for any extra services or modifications requested by the customer.

7. Bayside Tuning will make every effort to complete the remapping service in a timely manner, but the customer acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could delay the completion of the service.

8. The customer agrees to inspect their vehicle before leaving Bayside Tuning's premises and report any issues or concerns immediately. Bayside Tuning will not be held responsible for any damages or issues that arise after the customer leaves the premises.

9. The customer agrees to release Bayside Tuning from any liability for damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of the remapping service provided.

10. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Bayside Tuning and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
